We had a great experience here. We've been here in the past for service with a family member, and so when we decided to start shopping for a vehicle, we felt comfortable starting here. To start our experience, we called and the receptionist was helpful and gave us accurate information about what was on the lot. When we arrived, we found exactly what the receptionist had indicated, and were quickly greeted by a salesperson. We ended up working with Jeffrey Gaddy through the purchase of our new vehicle. He was helpful, thorough in showing us everything we needed to know about the car. He helped make the transaction efficient, and has followed up since our purchase to make sure we are satisfied. Jeff answered all our questions along the way. We had a great experience here and would definitely choose to shop at Terry Labonte in the future for any car needs as well.

A computer component burned out on my 2017 Volt -- a car that I love. The Service Department - especially Noel and her technician—were wonderful about diligently searching for a replacement part -- keeping me informed about the search and immediately fixing the car when the part arrived. The technician even worked through lunch to fix the car the same day the part arrived. Noel was smiling and ready with my keys when we arrived to pick up the car, which was sparkling clean and ready to go home. A great experience. A great place to do business. My thanks to Noel, the tech, and all who worked to provide such excellent customer service. Thank you for all your hard work and kindness.

Was here twice. Once on Thursday and again Saturday morning. On Thursday, Austin, the guy that took care of me and checked me in, was the most respectful, humble and enjoyable face I saw and experienced during my visit. He took care of me better than many others I've experienced at other dealerships. I came back on Saturday to finish my business and Kaitlyn made sure I was 100% taken care of and was a friendly face to talk to throughout the whole process. I would give more stars but during both of my visits, some of the other employees were very unprofessional amongst each other. I expect more out of a dealership and I'm glad I was able to deal with at least a few employees that held up to the standard.

My service manager was very professional. I paid for 6 free oil changes when I bought my car from Terry Labonte and I didn't even have to ask to use them, it was done automatically. I appreciate this level of service because it is not standard at other dealer service centers that I had dealt with in the past. A dealership with integrity.

Prices are not insane like most dealers have. And they WILL work with you.

Reminds me of my 08 Grand Cherokee. Water pours through door seals/window area....big common problem by many owners but yet dealership and Jeep won't acknowledge. I replaced entire interior carpet to tune if almost nine hundred bucks, have let dealer fiddle with it several times (my $)and it still leaks in little more than a spring shower. Good luck with your your issue.

Your question induces a curiosity to know more about your car. I am no expert but sounds like a flooded car. Max your credit score and get rid of it. Go to a reputable dealer and scrutinize your next purchase.
If you are talking about where they will do all of that 5xs as a plan I paid a little around $200.
