Everyone who worked was very nice and helpful. Explained things in a way I could understand since I don't know much about cars. Only issue was a part took forever but wasn't their fault to begin with. Besides waiting for the part everything was quickly fixed!

I was told it would take an hour and a half and I ended up waiting two and a half hours for service. They told me my car was too new for an alignment but still charged me for the alignment check. I told them the year of my car before he started checking the alignment so why charge me for you not listening to me. At least they were friendly. I know my car is newer and low mileage but it still needs excellent routine care every so often. I kind of felt like I had to keep explaining why I wanted the services done and if I was a man there would’ve been no question. No side conversations between the employees about why I need my tires rotated and aligned. And definitely no extra HOUR wait time.
