My daughter took her car to this location because it started making a very loud noise. Long story short, they advised us thst the catalytic converter was sawed out of her car while she was eating lunch with friends. This shop did everything g they could to help us with this process. They were extremely professional and kind and compassionate all at the same time. They now have customers for life!

I chose to take my new car to this Precision Tune on Battleground for its first oil change because the location was nearby and the price was reasonable. I will not make that mistake again, but rather will drive further and pay more before I ever visit a Precision Tune again. This location is very poorly managed and it shows in the level of customer service. I have been there once before with a previous vehicle to fix a tire and had noted that they were very unprofessional and o sold have written them off after that visit. I'm not certain if the lady who works the desk is the manager, but she spoke to other customers, in person and on the phone, so rudely that I felt sorry for the customers. In one situation they made a mistake at the shop and did not apologize to the customer (an elderly lady) but pretty much told her to come get the car or pay more for the correct service. Her son wound up handling it for her. I waited for a couple hours for my car and when I asked about progress, she said almost ready. About 30 min later, when they brought my car around and left my key at the desk, I moved up close to the desk to check out and get my car, but the lady working the desk continued to check in new guests and even had a chat with a man who appeared to be one of their sales reps before finally checking me out, nearly an hour later! In addition to the dreadful customer service, I am currently sitting at a car dealership paying for another oil change and paying for them to clean the oil from under my car because Precision Tune Auto on Battleground did not tighten the oil drain plug, so oil leaked onto things under my car/hood. Hopefully, I didn't lose enough oil to cause any damage to my motor or other internal vehicle parts. I have advised my friends and family against this Precision Tune location and want to share my terrible experience to those considering it.
