All employees wear masks while cooking, serving food and cleaning. Consistent 30 to 45 second hand washing procedures using soap and hot water. We go above and beyond all of the health department guidelines and do a 2 step process after every single customer. We clean area including all touch points with sanitizing cleaner then we spray all areas with Purell Surface Sanitizer, let stand for 60 seconds and wipe afterwards. Twice a day, (after lunch and before dinner and after closing), we also use a safe, environmentally friendly disinfectant that stands 10 minutes before wiping down. We are now called Jaxs Crown Town Grill and are located at 107 N Main St on the square in Crown Point.
