The store itself is nice, but Terry in the grooming department, was rude. She was extremely short with me when I was asking about the services provided. I'll never leave my dogs with her to be groomed.

They’re always awesome here. Super friendly people and very knowledgeable. We primarily shop for our dogs here, if they don’t have what we need in the store then we will shop online. Top notch store.

The store is set up to easily navigate you thru. Everything was spaced out neatly and easy to get to. Only thing I didn't like was the fact "nobody greeted me nor asked if I needed any help." But despite this. I will return again.

The young girl that helped me was super nice! Considering I had no intentions of wanting to pick up crickets for my friend bc of my fear with them. However, I assume the lady that came out of the back office and yelled at her for not being where she was "supposed to be" was her manager? Well lady in the back sitting on her bottom.. Next time someone has a question, Why don't you greet me at the door? Instead of your employees doing your job for you? Considering your job is to make sure the store runs properly. Is that not how management works? Wish I could have got the young lady's name who did help me. She's the real 5 star here! I appreciate you!
