Everything I've purchased (which was a good amount) the screws come out of so easily. My dinning room table had screws that came out, not sure if the kids swept them up or what but had to call for replacement. They sent me new table legs, I opened the box no screws. I called let them know they found that weird sent me new legs saying the screws should be in the box. Opened the box, wrong legs and no screws. Ugh.. not buying from them again. Loved the show room was beautiful and people were nice but, if the product isn't good then it's obviously not worth it.

I went into this location the other day looking to buy a mattress. The sales people at the front of the store glared but couldn't be bothered to greet me, but were quite happy to give a jovial salutation to the couple that came in after me. Anyway, I wanted to highlight your employee Luis - he's the only one who did acknowledge me, and gave me detailed explanations of different mattress types. Your other employees could learn a lot from Luis and his approach to people. I'm giving him his own five star rating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bob’s was great! I went in twice over two days to assess getting a recliner chair. It was nice being able to talk to someone directly and ask what’s available and how long it will take to get. My first choice of a chair was not gonna be able to ship for for to eight weeks and due to having surgery before that time man I end up going with my second choice. It was great. The staff was friendly unable to help me find a good choice for me. The price was reasonable and the wait time isn’t too long.
