Went in just to look and see what they had. Not buying anything. First salesperson was very kind and gave us space. Second salesperson intercepted us and was extremely pushy and very rude. We clearly were not looking to be hovered over. "Have you been here?", "Can I give you a tour?", "I can show you around", "I can let you now what is and is not in stock". No thanks, was my response to each question and repeated we were just looking. I did cut him off the second time he wanted to give us a tour and he went away in a huff muttering under his breath. Won't be back. There's 50 other furniture stores nearby.

EDMUND RUSH

Purchased a new sofa that had a minor defect. We called and spoke with Tammy, who was wonderful to work with. Three days later, a service person arrived by the name of Cicero. He was thorough, pleasant, a gentleman, and completed the repair that was requested. Cicero made sure when he left our home that we were satisfied with the outcome of this issue. Our experience with LaZBoy in Manchester was so positive that all our future furniture needs will be purchased there. They stand behind their product and provide excellent service. Thank you Tammy and Cicero for a job well done!

I am quite stressed over the calls on hold and the people who came to check our Chair. It is Mechanically burnt and trying to receive some justification has yet to happen. They claim there is no bad scent. Someone else came over and worded the above so that means there is one. Please Lazyboy wake up and smell the coffee.

We had outstanding service both in Store and at delivery. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and extremely patient. We wanted to sit in the chairs for awhile to make sure they were comfortable. Our salesperson encouraged us to take our time. The delivery team was terrific. James and Buddy were great at their jobs and nice people, too. They lifted the furniture as if it was very light, which it wasn’t. Thank you to them for making our entire interaction with La-Z-Boy top notch.
