No. They will no longer remove old furniture. I know this because I agreed them to take my old couches. I was informed that they no longer offer this service.
No they will not remove your old couch you would have to hire someone to take that away unless you can work that in as part of the deal but it's doubtful
You will have to call Bob's. I know they will take old mattress and box spring. I don't know about couches.
