I always have a good experience at Take 5 Oil Change, but the store manager Nick and his technician TJ made my experience incredible! They were so polite, and very efficient. I was in and out in under 15 minutes, and felt well taken care of. So professional, and so friendly! I will be back for sure!

I went to the self service car wash and the pressure of the washer was equivalent to a garden hose. When I asked what the problem was, the young lady said that their machines are old and they couldn’t give me a refund because people can use it at their own discretion, yet when I said that they do not have a sign saying the pressure washer doesn’t have pressure, she said it is what it is. I told her they’d lost a regular customer and she closed the door. And on top of that all I had ti initially wait for 30 minutes because one out of five bays actually works.

My mom never used this service /company before. She always went to dealership. TJ and his coworkers were very helpful and patient with my 74 year old mom. Explained everything clearly and no pressure sales. Honest and we’d definitely use them again

I am so grateful this place is open Sunday’s. My grandma is in the hospital and I am on my way to drive 4 hours to see her. My oil Light came on yesterday and I didn’t want risk the drive. Payton, tj, and Brenard were very professional and kind. Even wished me a safe trip.I know Working sundays sucks…thank you for being there.
