The wait is much longer than gets posted. The time may give u hope initially with some jumps but it really doesn’t work that way. The screen showed an 18 mins hold for a good 40mins mind you i started at 1:30hr wait. I likely wouldn’t return here. There is two rooms & had two nurses but they were seeing patients together so basically like having one person. For those that do use medicaid even if CVS takes medicaid please note this clinic will not see you even for a flu shot or anything

Amy was the best! I received better care here than I did at an area hospital. I recommend Minute Clinic and I will definitely come back.

I only gave it a 1 Star rating because I had to...a no star rating is what I would give. I checked it online with an appointment time of 11:45am. I had a couple people ahead of me...then she called this one woman in and was in the room for over an HOUR. To me...I think that is ridiculous especially when you know you have a long line of people waiting.. and I happen to know the reason she was there because she talked to the pharmacist for about 15 min on what medicines she could take....seriously? Anyway...2 hours later I was still sitting there. Had a known it was going to be that long..I would have left and came back but when I checked in at 11:30 for my 11:45 appt..it said it would be 35 min...no big deal...well 2 hours later...I still haven't been called back. I will NEVER come back here again! 😠

Had to use the service one time in the past. On that visit I was advised about the save your spot by downloading the app which I did the text message that was sent toe said I would be seen in 124 minutes so I go back to the office to be seen and as I am checking in I was told that they are just going to lunch. First off they had to know I was coming in and 2nd off rotate lunches to take care of your clients. Very very poor set up on how this is done,I want to add to the review I was seen and the lady that took care of me was great!! Very friendly and helpful. Diane I think was her name.

Not sure just give them a call and make sure
They give flu shots and can write prescriptions as needed that you can have filled right there at the pharmacy.
Yes ...when you sign in they'll tell you what time and text you when your time is near.
In my experience in March of 2019 the nurse practitioner would not take my copay. She said that the insurance would be billed. I received a bill in the mail from the MinuteClinic for the co-pay.
Yes I believe so.
