My husband found a baby squirrel in his evening run that just attached instantly to him. We knew he was not ready to survive on his own and Don answered our call at 7:30PM last week and allowed us to drop him off at 8:30PM to be fed and placed in the incubator. We are truly grateful for you Don, we hope the squirrel is loving his new life, I know you gave him a better chance. We are so grateful for you! ☺️

Very nice man to assist me when I hit a robin. Really enjoyed talking with him.

Don was just a lifesaver this past week when I found an orphaned baby squirrel that had fallen from its nest. It was almost dark so I knew the mother would not retrieve the little guy, so I kept him overnight and brought him down to Don the next day. Don has such knowledge about all wildlife. Thank goodness he was there for us. Thank you Don.

Can this wildlife rescue go somewhere to pick up an animal or does the animal need to be driven to the rescue?

Thanks for your question. It all depends on circumstances. Many times we are extremely busy caring for the animals we have and it's very difficult for us to get away. Many times if it's a great distance away we will meet people half way and there are rare occasions when we will pick up the patient. So there is no yes or no answer to that question, sorry! 🥺 If you have found an animal the best thing to do is give us a call. We are open 24/7 365.and want to help in any way we can! 😁
