THIS PLACE IS A CIRCUS! Going inside, it’s hard to believe it’s a bank. There are kids running back and forth like it’s a playground, homeless people just lounging in the waiting area (at least 3), people standing at the doors like they’re scoping the joint for a future robbery, people standing OUTSIDE just chilling- like it’s a corner store! I was praying I didn’t get robbed and no one is demanding order! I won’t be visiting this branch again!!!!! And on top of everything else they don’t do money orders through the drive-thru! Every other bank has this option! Wells Fargo needs a major upgrade in services AND SECURITY!

Customer service was worth the trip !!! I drove to this location because the branch close to my house isnt open on Saturdays.....I opened an account, and I must admit the teller, and the Gentleman (Jamal) who helped me open the account was EXCELLENT!!! he spoke to every customer entering/ exiting the branch.....thanks !!
