Terrible customer service waiting 20 minutes to cash a check finally left. The whole waiting area had a weird smell

They have the slowest service. I'm literally I'm line right now in the branch and have been on line +30 minutes. I'm sympathetic to being short staffed but these two reps at the window have not sense of urgency, despite the fact that now there are 13 people behind me, two in front and two at the window. Between each person the lady rep is saying .... I'll be with you in a minute.... Again no sense of urgency.

Racist practices by Regina Meyers! I write checks to my contractors, many of whom don't have an account. My white contractors never seem to have a problem, however on Saturday 3/12 my black contractor trying to cash a $1300 check was told that he couldn't because of a fraud alert!! I usually get a curtesy call from a banker that someone is cashing a check, in this case Regina wouldn't grant my employee this simple request. I went into the branch only for her to tell me that suspicious activity was on my account however she couldn't show me when I asked!!

These so called workers are sitting around doing nothing while one tellers waits on everyone.. 5 people in line… Sickening..
