Absolutely hate this bank . I work for the bank and by far this is one of the worse . In branch customer service is good but as a company terrible. They do not try to help with any real life situations. I cannot wait to switch over

Yes you can go to any branch location t o get a card. Let the rep know you haven't received the one in the mail so they cancel it.
