Banking here, especially at this location will be one of the biggest mistakes you will make. The entire banking company and system are rude and very unprofessional. I regret ever banking here. My best advice will be to find another bank. - there are many to choose from.

Sonia Martinez is very rude and disrespectful. She’s supposedly an assistant manager at this location. I came to her with a simple cash deposit in my account, and all she wanted to do was have an attitude for no reason. When you deposit cash into your account it is supposed to deposit into your account instantly, unless there is maybe a glitch in the system. However, this was not the case. I ALWAYS deposit cash into my account and it ALWAYS deposits instantly. She rudely told me I have to wait 2 hours for it to show in my account. That made NO SENSE AT ALL. She then proceeded to tell me how many years (which was only 2) that she has worked for Woodforest. I don’t care how many years she’s worked there. I didn’t even ask that, so for her to tell me that made absolutely no sense. I want her to be reprimanded for what she has done to me.
