The manager Willy was very helpful when his cashier couldnt help with my return. I have been a customer with HarborFreight for almost a decade. I was not aware the Bondo product cant be returned because the products I bought were always able to be returned, of course not used. Although the product can not be returned, Willy was still trying to help get what I needed. I appreciate his help and thanks for not disappointing me about Harbor Freight's customer service.

Very friendly staff. They helped me with all the questions I had about a tool. They have the best discounts in tools. Mostly always 20% percent off in any item at the store. The store is really clean and very easy to find any tool that you’re looking for. I recommend this store to anyone best prices and friendly staff. There’s is also a little paper you can filed to get free coupons in your mailbox. I recommend it

Came here for the free 24 pack of batteries with any purchase. Workers were super friendly and cool with my online coupon which was highly appreciated since a lot of other places are a bit more grumpy about getting those. Prices are incredible thank God that coupon got me in the door. I'm definitely coming back for more equipment and other things for home improvement.
