We took our bulldog Ivy. She was in bad shape, internal bleeding (chemical poisoning). We were going to put her down. Dr. Kumar saw something in her, a lil fight, just as he was getting ready to end her suffering. He asked if he could try something. We left her in his staff and God’s hands. 2 weeks later she’s home and still improving. We’re very grateful and happy to have “Ivy girl” back. 🐶👏🏼🙏 Thank you - from the Villa family

Am I big animal lover and if there is somewhere I take my pups and do not like will let others know and of course not bring my pups in again. However, every tech there has always been very. If I ever have questions they answer and always with patients and professionalism. My schedule changes all the time and I often have to reschedule and are always so helpful. We have 5 pups and couple times my husband has to take them when I am at work and they are so helpful that they send me everything via email to pay. This of course after asking the vet. At all vets I have been to one has to wait, as it is the Dr. for animals. I would rather wait at a place where they are kind and helpful not just me but my pups as well. I recommend!

Took my dog in to get some serious treatment and she had to stay over night. It made me sad to be away from her but extremely happy that she made it thru her surgery. I was helped by a really nice assistant and I have nothing bad to say about them. Except , Thank you for taking good care of my CHIHUAHUA Ruby , and giving her the care she needed. It was my first time at this place and I give it a thumbs up.

Ďŕ Kumar is so so caring and has the best bedside manners, it may not be a high-tech office but it absolutely makes up in there skill, ability and how nice his front and back office staff are! Dr. Kumar really cares about animal rescue to which is so wonderful to hear and it's nice to be supported as he knows that both myself and my friends I've been doing rescue for a long time and this place is so great!!

If you can wait (which I'm not in favor of doing) and get pet insurance 1st and then get the procedure done. However I recommend going to Family Animal Hosp in Costa Mesa and see Dr Lori J!!! Their exam visits are $28!! They do not over charge or over do any procedures. I also recommend getting CBD in the meantime for the pain. No animal should ever live in pain. They do mostly treat cats and dogs but I have seen birds and rabbits there before

No but I really love taking my pets thier Dr Kumar is amazing doctor Wednesday's and Saturday's are the special on shots I paid a good price I recommend
Also if u go 2 ASPC at Baldwin Park animal shelter, they'll give u a voucher 2 get it done free at Southern California Animal Hospital. Just an fyi.
