To the Chief Client Care Executive who heads Bank of America's chargeback disputes at this location: Besides customer bias for BoA, there is absolutely no logical reason your customer should've won a chargeback dispute after complaining she didn't receive her order 90 days after placing it. UPS verified delivery to her locked high-rise building within a week of her order, and she failed to leave any delivery instructions. Shame on you for choosing your bank over logic. You will be hearing from the Office of Comptroller regarding this matter.

I called multiple times over multiple days to talk to a representative at this location, 100 N Tryon, via phone. I was unable to make contact. You go through their extensive greeting menus, finally get to the point where you are supposed to connect with an associate at this location, and then their phone rings 8 times and no one picks up. The connection reverts to the automatic voice announcing that you can go to their website and make an appointment for this location or simply use their website or app for your banking needs. Goodbye!
