The manager is the worst. He wasn't busy and he did not agree to sign on the check for us. RUDE and bad costumer service. He told us we should make an appointment in order for him to sign, even though there was no costumers in the bank except us. I will never go to that branch again!

Worst service a bank can give you , bank tellers are super slow and rude ! I waited 40 minutes in line for them to help someone that had just got there and leave me waiting smh definitely switching banks !

Not enough tellers. Pay people a living wage you ARE a bank. Pay people what they are worth. Give ur employees a livable wage. One teller for a bank isn't enough. I feel horrible for the 1 girl working all day by herself. She smiled despite a line wrapped around the building. The 1 star is for the bank.

I called this branch 4 times - they answered once and the person was rude. I'm trying to return a call from one of their staff, and I've left 3 messages and he has yet to return my call. Awful branch. I use to like BB&T, I'm not sure if the issue is the switch to Truist. If this lack of customer service continues, I'll have to switch.

In that bank if there are people who speak Spanish, in fact, the manager of that bank is Hispanic asks to speak with him
