This whole corporation is terrible. Due to fraudulent activity on my account they closed my acct. I have been trying for over a month to get the funds from the closed act. I waited at this branch for 30 mins just for the woman to tell me she can’t help me and giving me the WRONG number to call. After waiting on hold for an hour they told me they can’t help me and gave me another number. None of these people know what they are talking about. It’s literally just a cycle of them telling you to contact another department and they can’t help you.

Ridiculously long wait! You will stand outside for 30 minutes then stand inside in line for another 30 or even longer before u can speak to a teller. Customer service will make you wait for them just to tell you they are too busy to assist you. You will waste a lot of time at this location.

This branch is very unprofessional!!! My wife and I set up a appointment for this branch. We went in and waited for one of the relationship banker (there was two of them) to come get us, because that’s how it usually is. We saw one of the relationship banker come out and print something but didn’t even care to notice us. Both of them didn’t look busy and they didn’t come out tell us that they’ll be with us shortly. We waited at least 20-25 minutes and no one came. The teller was busy with people and the phone was ringing, no one was answering. The thing that pisses me off the most is that we took out time of our work to come here, and to what? Be wasted by the employees. We lost time and money because we got out of work to do this. After we even made a appointment. This need to be fixed!!

This might be the place you would consider unprofessional because of the location. I went there after closing an account with another B O A an they helped reassure me and I opened another account. The staff was helpful and courteous. I have never experienced such professionalism in this bank. It was clean and neat and the people seem to care about the people that bank with them. If you are looking for a great bank please try B O A and this location.
