I made an order on May 2, 2022 and when I received it the sandwich was burned and the brownies were under cooked along with the pizza being the wrong toppings. I tried to get a refund and they repeatedly denied it, DONT order from here unless you like taking risk

Ordered delivery and after an hour the tracker said it still hadn't been made yet, so I called and they said they were busy and were making pizzas as fast as they could, no harm done. Another hour passes, still nothing and they don't answer to phone after calling three times so me and a friend drive down there and they tell us that due to a driver shortage they are prioritizing the carryout orders. That would have been a good thing to know when I called the first time! They let us cancel the order at least.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. Ordered pizza over the phone, individual taking order had to repeat questions several times. She wasn't sure if I had already ordered when I called in, I decided to pick up the order instead of delivery. I got to the store 30 minutes later, they could not find my order only to start making it once they saw the order had not been started. The Individual in charge of making pizzas was on his phone when I came in and once I said to cancel the order because I did not have time to wait, he stopped making the pizza and went back to his phone.

Ordered 4 pizza's, two nuggets and a 2 liter Coke. Food was delivered two hours AFTER if was finished cooking and looked like it was kicked to the car. One of the pizza's was charred, when I called this store to let them know that I refused the order the girl on the phone only said, pizza with no cheese burns.. Yeah,, look at these two pics and pick the burnt one. They were taken right after the driver handed me the order (which was refused).. Never again Dominos, you'll never get my business again.
