If i could give them zero stars i would. The older gentlemen has always been friendly - good customer service. Also the younger female - same thing good customer service. The young gentlemen? He needs to find a different field to work in. This is not his strong suit. Something where he does not need to work with people so that when he is having a bad day he is the only one affected. If youre trying to return any amazon stuff save your time... go to Kohls not only will they be nice they'll give you a 25% off coupon for the store.

The owner were rude. I believe he's hate when customers came to his store for just returning stuff. No hospitality, high speak volume and of course no smile.

Have been dealing with this location for well over a year.. ever since New owner took over. I have always had good to great service from them! Out of the 10 or so employees they all seem to remember me. Sometimes a little busy, but they take care of you when it's your turn!
