The guys inside were super nice and helpful! I came to drop off an Amazon package, and they kindly let me know that there is an extra charge even with a prepaid label. (Tourist tax since they’re technically in the hotel) They directed me to the nearest UPS location and I laughed my way out of there with my package in tow 🤣

I WISH I CAN GIVE THIS LOCATION ZERO STARS!! We had a very important package with a Covid test for a lab to process. The label/shipment was designated as Next Day Air with pick up the same day we dropped it off. We dropped off in the morning. It hasn’t even reached the designation yet and it’s on the 3rd day. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION FOR IMPORTANT OR TIMELY SHIPMENTS. VERY DISAPPOINTED. THEY SHOULDN’T BE A UPS LOCATION

As this UPS Store had recently opened, their employees are still getting their proper training in place. However, they did not take longer than expected to scan my Amazon return code and complete the transaction. This store is located in the round-about area in front of the Westin hotel, so there will not be any parking upfront. I am not sure if the hotel will allow you to park in the round-about.

One only cause I had to. The lady there literally can't do her job. I tried to return an item back to Amazon with my scan code on my phone ready for her with item and she said I needed the actual label! She could not have scanned my phone! I went to the UPS down the street and was out in 1 minute.
