Horrible. I put in my order for pick up . When I arrived three lobby door was locked I could the employee inside working she wouldn't answer the door! I called an called and called no one answered the phone. I could hear the phone on the inside ringing. I never received no dinner, I never got my order. Never received a refund. I dont live in that area I was in that area because I was working. I just wanted dinner before my 2hr ride home. So I went home angry and hungry!

I don’t know what makes Peter think he can regulate whether patrons where a mask when the mandate has been lifted. (Short white guy with glasses) I’m pretty sure he doesn’t get paid enough to care that much. He actually tried to hold my order hostage and say I didn’t even have one. I’m also sure nothing will be said or done seeing how companies are so desperate for employees. He needs to stick to what he got hired for which is manning the cash register.

I will NEVER order from this location again and I advise the same for you. My wife showed up to pick up her pizza without a mask. The employees were COMPLETELY unprofessional to her, refusing to give her the pizzas that were already paid for or even bring them to her car for her. I showed up a few minutes later to get our pizza with my mask on and let them know that I didn't appreciate the unprofessional demeanor they took with my wife. Rather than apologize, management got defensive, started cussing at me and accusing me of not caring if people die. Instead of just giving me my pizza that was already on the shelf, they refunded my order and kicked me out of the store. I am a regular dominos customer but this store's behavior was completely uncalled for. NEVER AGAIN will I darken the door of that location.

So the food was good and made on time but the staff was awful. We had been traveling the past few days and had just checked into our hotel and decided we wanted to order a pizza and used the app like we always do. We ordered car side but realized we did not have paper plates. When we arrived I walked into the lobby to let him know we had a car side order but needed paper plates and crushed red pepper. He cut me off and asked if I had a mask. I then realized I had left my mask in the hotel which I started to tell him. He started to get agitated and said I needed to leave. I tried to tell him I was going to go to the car but if he could bring paper plates and crushed red pepper out. I then went to my vehicle, clicked "I'm here" and waited for him to bring out the pizza. The same blonde guy brought the pizza but no paper plates nor crushed red pepper. I then asked him if I could get paper plates and crushed red pepper and he proceeded to tell me that I should have put that on my order when I placed it. I then told him that's why I had went inside to begin with and had asked him for paper plates and crushed red pepper. He then said I needed to tell him exactly how many plates and crushed red pepper packets to bring. Why was this so hard? I regret putting a tip on the order because it's supposed to be for service which I only received rude bad service. I would avoid this location and regret spending money here.
