Mad disrespectful. Soon as I said I was planning on having insurance assistance the lady just hangs up in my face. Smh. She don’t deserve to call herself a “healthcare” professional cause she don’t… care… about someone’s health unless they paying right there out of pocket. Truly sad and disappointing to see these are the people who are in our healthcare industry.

If I could score lower I WOULD!! This office contacted me about my son disclosing his information to me. I wasn’t talking to my son at the time a receptionist decided to text me. I have never had a dr office text me like that. I didn’t know who it was so i wasn’t very nice. I thought it was a addict female trying to manipulate me to give his info. Until today I really didn’t believe it was the clinic. I had called for my son and the receptionist informed me that they’re not taking NEW patients.. he’s not new!!!!!!!! she’s angry with me because I refused to contact my son that I wasn’t speaking to at the time when she texted. I will contact the medical board bc they’re disclosing information to others. How do they know if it’s really the right number? They don’t!! Also? If a addict needs help and it’s a patient.. it’s unethical for a receptionist to make a call as she did. I’ll report her if I can get past her.! Just remember ANSWER HER TEXTS & CALLS or you’ll get the boot!’
