I have been to the clinic on South Willamette several times and the campus location once. I have found the entire staff to be helpful, kind and friendly. It is so much appreciated. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but not like going to an E.R. It would be helpful if more practitioners could be hired. Conversely, a couple times I only waited for a few minutes. I would recommend these clinics above others in the area.

I found them to be efficient, organized , clean, informative, direct and also kind. I felt they were on top of their game and will definitely return if need be. And my wait time was not long at all.!

I brought my 95 yr old mother for some abdominal pain. They were very nice to her and although she wasn’t in pain anymore, the doctor is referring her for an ultra sound to be safe. The entire staff is professional and caring. Thank You

I went there early in the morning after a really bad night. I was really impressed with the efficiency and quality of the entire staff - I was back home not much longer than an hour. I highly highly recommend this place - quality care, for sure. The one thing I found odd is that they don't ask for your primary care physician's name to send the medical report.... but that is not worth knocking off a star.

Hello Mark, a PCR test typically takes 2-5 days for results to be returned from the testing facility we partner with to process these tests. Nova Health offers both PCR and rapid testing. If needing a test for travel, we recommend not only verifying the type of test you need, but also if the border requires a specific brand, testing site, and/or testing to be done within a certain timeline.
