Edit: shocked to see the response from owner below. I’ve been giving them business and a lot of it (3 dogs every 3 months at $70 a pop for 3+ years and I’m amazed to see how little they valued me as a loyal repeat customer. Instead, they’ve been keeping score about a couple of times being late over years of business. Wish I had known sooner, everything stated in my review is completely factual. I posted because I couldn’t believe how I was spoken to and that feeling has only been doubled. Yikes!! This place used to be amazing, but sadly it’s really gone down hill. One of the groomers Beth is particularly problematic, she took the time to call me to tell me I was 10 mins late for a grooming appointment and when I apologized and explained I had a newborn baby and could be there in 5 mins, she told me not to bother because she was too busy and that I could reschedule for 4 months from now…incredibly rude and just teeming with attitude. They lost a customer today for sure, going back to Lexi Dog which is slightly more expensive but they seem to have compassion and care for their clients. I had good experiences in the past and sent many people their way, it’s a shame.

Our dog has been going here for years (daycare and boarding), fantastic place. The staff are all super nice, and the location is pretty convenient.

I love Play and Chase. Staff is so nice, the space is awesome, and my dog loves it. They are great for grooming too!
