I recently signed a lease with Camden Lansdowne. Brandon Minor helped me from the beginning of the process to include my initial tour. I sincerely thank Brandon for his friendly demeanor and thorough tour of the property. I visited four additional properties in the area, the same day, all with similar amenities and pricing. The deciding factor was Brandon's professional and welcoming manner. He took his time in showing me all the wonderful amenities and available apartments. From the initial tour to move in day, the staff at Camden Landsdowne have been nothing but supportive, informative, helpful and friendly. I really appreciate how Camden is upfront about their amenities and utility charges. There have been no surprises. I absolutely love my new apartment and am pleased with the overall value - the fitness center is absolutely AWESOME! A big thank you to all of the front office staff who went out of their way to make moving as seamless as possible.

Camden has been great to us thus far! While the first year wasn’t the best with the amenities not open for us, the second year has been much better. The maintenance team is top notch and the leasing agents, Amir in particular, are outstanding to work with! We are hoping to renew for another year pending receipt of a reasonable renewal.

I moved to Camden Lansdowne January 22, 2022. I have to say right from the first time I went to the leasing office it has been a positive experience. I met with Admir one of the leasing consultants and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. The fitness center is a really nice size, you will have plenty of room for you to workout. The pools look so inviting. Any questions or concerns that I had were answered immediately.:
