Do not even consider moving to this apartment complex if you don’t like roaches! I recently just moved out because it’s like they personal place the roaches in your apartment during the pest control route, I’ve never seen a bug until the first time they came into my apartment and sprayed! Do not move out here!

Absolutely love this property! I’ve lived in other areas of Fayetteville and this by far has been the best! Apartments are very clean and spacious property is well maintained and the staff is sore friendly! Maintenance is quick to respond to work order!

If I can give 0 stars I would.Teresa and Karen are the two nastiest women I have ever encountered! During the apartment tour they were sweet but after the lease was signed is when ALL hell broke loose. Upon moving in my master bedroom literally had no door and the microwave did not work. There were stains all over the floor and window screens were broken. Our front door literally looks like it's been kicked open. Getting maintenance to fix anything is like pulling teeth. When you speak to the leasing office about your concerns they're rude and condescending. I wish I never moved here! The gate is never closed so anyone can just come into out community and the trash is always piled up causing a smell. Teresa in the leasing office wrongfully charged me of having a pet and lied about it. When I confronted her and ask for an apology she told me "I'm not doing that because I don't have to" I asked to speak to someone above her and she refused to give me their contact information. She was also rude and smug and rolled her eyes at me saying "oh whatever" when I voiced my concerns that's I would like a written statement of our encounter in Case they try to wrongfully bill me for a pet I don't have again. i will more than likely be updating this review once my lease is over because the environment here is toxic. Oh and they also have roaches DON'T RENT HERE!!!!!

Moved in with the impression that they had no roaches. Well, that was a lie. Between assuring me they have none and letting me believe that the apartment was clean, I have to say that this apartment complex is unsanitary. I have added pictures of the water from me cleaning the carpets in the apartment and it is still not clear or atleast less dirt in the water. I open my cabinet and boom a roach, I open my closet door and boom another roach, I have even been just sitting on my floor and boom a roach. No its not water bugs. I can't sleep just thinking something may creep on me. Do not move in here. Appearance is not what is seems.
