The management at Chason Ridge is a complete joke. They will tell you one thing and then the corporate will do the exact opposite. All they want is your money. They charge for pest control, but the reality is that we had to fight the roaches on our own. A lot of tenants don't bother to put their trash in the dumpsters so it is really "nice" to walk by them. Same goes for dog owners, nobody seems to care. When we brought this up to the management, they asked for evidence. Really? There's evidence all over the grass areas. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Looking forward to that "unable to locate you in our system" reply.

Have to give a shout out to Heather the Property manager. I was moving cross country from Nevada to North Carolina and the apartment that I had fell through at the last minute. She worked with me and I was able to secure an apartment at Chason Ridge until my House is ready. I tried other places but none was willing to work with me and help as much as Heather. I know being a Property manager can be a rough job, and she's doing a great job.

Have moved in to an apartment. Taking some getting used to since we lived in our house for 42 years. Great maintenance crew. They answer quickly when needed. It's great to call someone to fix something & know it's already paid for.

If i could give -1 i would! MILITARY PEOPLE STAY AWAY from this apartment, management are so rude. We gave our pcs order and leave notice feb Thats like more than 30days notice. The management LOST our papers. They are making us pay for the month of april even tho we left last week of march.We told them we are protected by scra. We paid the rent for april. They dont care anyways.Get this apartment blacklisted for military people.
