Not a bad apartment overall, however the ONLY reason we chose this complex was because it was a gated community, and the gate has been broken for months. It is open 24/7 and the management says they’ve been “working” on it. We pay much more to live in a gated community vs one that isn’t gated, so it’s extremely frustrating it’s constantly open. I have been wanting to bring it up to management but I know they’re just going to tell me it’s “being worked on” and every time I’ve called the office they’re quite rude. I came from a not very safe apartment complex so I really found comfort in having a locked gate. Especially in Fayetteville.

As a current resident, I will tell you not to rent here. I Been here since June, and I have submitted a few work orders, only for the maintenance team to not fix the problems Secondly, whoever lives above me continue to have their kids or dogs run back and forth all day. Also, they have valet trash, but they took my trash can because I left it outside. They want me to pay a $50 fine, when I’m already paying $40 extra dollars for The valet trash. Secondly, they could have gave me a warning. I mean I just moved here. The only thing about this apartment I like , is it’s close to the base. These apartments are old and they’re not in the best neighborhood. The rent is overpriced. This apartments are too small for the rent to be $1400.

Do not recommend. The gate is broken 75% of the time. They will close the pool down for everyone if one person breaks a rule. We were told that we needed to give a 60 day notice if we did not want to renew our lease, so we went in to do that, but were told that we couldn’t do it before our last 30 days. Then when it was 30 days until the end of our lease they told us that we had to let them know two months in advance and we would have to pay an extra months rent. Seriously do not recommend this place.
