Great people. Super easy to work with. Will continue to bring my scrap metal here. Prices seem to be pretty good.

Tips for newbies: park in the parking spaces; they recycle metals only; if you have a lot of metal they will bring a mini dumpster to you via forklift; you get paid in cash; steel was 4 cents per lb during my visit. Staff was polite.

Nice guys very helpful

No they don't
do you recycle old pain
Yeah you can
It pretty much take anything that has metal in it, the problem is it's not worth bringing anything there unless you strip everything clean. If they have to do the work of stripping stuff and removing plastic and separating brass from copper and so on, you're going to get about a nickel a pound.
no
I really do not know. Probably need to find a different place. Call your local town business office to find out how to safely recycle it or just put it in the street for garbage pick up.
Yes, they take crushed and uncrushed cans! You will get about 30 cents a pound or thereabouts. Hope that helps. God bless.
Yes they do. They will pay you 5 cents per pound for it. God bless.
Yes!!!!
It is a recycling center. They recycle metals, not carseats. Take the carseat to a resale center.
No. Just use them next year or put them in your recycling bin. God bless you and your family
Yes. It does not pay much. Old cookware is usually alunimim and that pays about 40 cents a pound. Utensils are steel, usually, and that pays 4 cents a pound. Hope that helps. God bless you for asking.
No, they don't. Take your used books to a used book store. There is one on Golf rd in Schaumburg that will pay you for the books. Not a ton of money depending on the condition of the books and their popularity. Hope you can get some money for the books. Plan on being there a while as they check the books and their condition. God bless
No. What you can do Is get some cheap cat litter and add it to the paint and then put it on the street. They will take it then. The cat litter absorbs the paint to make it non toxic. Hope that help. God bless
No, because it is not metal. Sorry.
If they are some sort of metal, then yes. If they are plastic, no. Hope that helps.
I am sure you could call them first before going with the kegs. They take a wide variety of items they give money for. I go several times per month with all sorts of stuff. They are really great.
I was told they take stove/oven. My son works there.
