I came here years ago when my elderly cat was having issues and we had to change up his food and try a bunch of different things/brands. The owner was helpful. Now that we have a new dog that requires grooming, a YorkiePoo, I am back. First two grooming sessions have been great. My dog is not a fan of grooming, simply because she is a rescue and does not want to leave my side, but she does pretty well here despite all of that and she looks great. Brynn always puts in a cute little bow. It does not last long with DeeDee. She is a head rubber. But sure looks cute for a few minutes and I can sort of get a few pics in the car before she rubs it out! Lol

We had a great experience on our first visit. The employee was very informed about food brands and convinced us to try a food with less filler and see how the cats felt after. He gave us food samples to try out and see which they liked best. We returned there to buy the food because they seemed knowledgeable and he was so helpful without being too overbearing. The lady at our return visit was also nice and knowledgeable, but a little pushy offering unsolicited advice about how to care for our cats. I was a little offended. Any sentence that starts with "you should be...," is best used only when it is in response to a question.

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. We take our customers health and our own very seriously. We ask that our customers wear a mask over their nose and mouth and keep a distance of 6' feet. (We follow these requirements as well, unless we are behind the counter with our protective screen. We always mask up when speaking with and checking customers out) We schedule grooming customers spaced-out throughout the day. We have hand sanitizer available at the counter. We also offer in-store pickup or delivery when ordering off of our website to minimize face to face contact. If we can be of help, please let us know. Thank you!
