Also the two managers who I came in contact with John Moore and Jason Lent who both made me feel at home . It’s not everyday that you feel real comfortable spending a great deal of money in a dealership, but the people that represent this dealership are so different. Working with this dealership was very difficult. I did not feel like I was treated well through the closure of the deal. From a rude finance manager (Arron) to the abrupt Sales Manager(Jason). The end experience was the worst. I felt belittled and unappreciated. After the deal was done they called me back and said I still owed them money and I needed to pay unless they will send me to collections. I have never been this frustrated through a car deal. I would stay clear of this car dealership if there is another option - I will never do business at a Ron Tonkin ever again.
