I didn't feel safe here. Not very nice looking area. My friends live here and showed me the letters they keep getting about rent increases. They keep raising rents but don't do any upkeep on the property. I visited a friend and was SHOCKED at the condition of the laundry room and community in general. The residents do not have good things to say about the most recent management team to take over. Many elderly here. It's sad to see them so stressed. I'm more curious why they are starting new rents hundreds more than previous tenants. I saw the Craigslist ad and decided to review the park from my visit a few weeks back. This place used to be so beautiful.
