Bad review from someone who doesn't live here? Sorry, but that is simply untrue! This is a lovely spot and a friendly well managed community. After nearly three years, I can say that I love it here!

Be very careful with yourself or elderly here. Management will manipulate them and take advantage. making them pay for things mgmt should. and try to make up laws to control and use residents. your elder will not be happy under these conditions. buyers/owners beware in this park. :(

Did I read this right? Do you want to buy a mobile home and the lot for $1,000? This is not the place for you, and by the way, we don't call them trailers because most of the mobile homes here are not movable without being taken apart.
