After many years on a friend's plan and needing to upgrade my phone, we went to the Total Wireless to switch my phone number to my husband's account and to activate my new phone. The Store Manager was very friendly and helpful and walked me through the process. We in and out in 10 minutes.

These people sold me a Galaxy Note 8 for 300 dollars, which is expansive already for an older phone like that. Upon closer inspection, the screen is very scratched up, and they refuse to give refunds. They have lost my business forever. Companies that want to last should stand by their products!
