I was looking to buy an sd card for my phone- they said they didn't have any and the last one they had was there for a long time collecting dust. So I asked if they could help me find another store that had one and he told me to use google and acted like I was wasting his time. Terrible customer service. I went to my car and called the next closest at&t which is the Johnson creek location and the gal was extremely helpful and said they had 2 available but then asked me how much space I wanted and when I said as much as possible she suggested that I go to best buy- she wanted to help me get what I needed even though she was sending me to a different business- that is good customer service. Helping the customer get what they need. Even though I live in Milwaukie next time I need service at at&t I will go to the Johnson creek location because they have great customer service.

The staff are nice enough, but they can't actually do anything except accept bill payments and sell you new plans/devices.a

If I could give them a zero I would. First off the are not a att corporate store they are a authorized retailer, so remember your not dealing with a corporate store. Second off I had an experience in which I am discussed by they had an employee they went through my phone and shifted through my personal photos then followed me in a dark parking lot. Stole my phone number and tried being super creepy after even being report to the corporate office they still don't do anything and qt this point still haven't contacted me as instructed by the att corporate office. So enter this store at your own risk because they don't care about misrepresenting and they do nothing when their employees abuse there position within the job. It's sad that they could care less. Hopefully they fix there issues there because there's a bigger issue within this location!

I have purchased 7 phones at this store but because of Austin, I will not buy there again. Austin had someone there before me so I waited. While I waited I was charging my phone. When he was finished with the other customers I was the only person in the store. I had purchased a new phone a few weeks back and needed to fix my trade in. My return trip to the store today was to turn in the trade in. Austin clearly didn’t want me in there. He was rude. Told me that I could only charge my phone for 5 min, told me I should call att and have them send me a box to turn in my phone. If you ship here, hope you don’t get condescending jerk as a sales person. Go back to Ohio.
