The worst. They simply don’t like to work here and go out of their way to make it difficult for their patrons. I had to go to the bank yesterday and the entire bank was closed “due to weather.” I had been driving around all day for my job and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the roads. Nothing. It did snow but the roads were completely fine with not one snowflake on them in the Portland metro area. The real kicker? They had a real nice and cute sign in the window that said “Let is Snow.” Are you serious?! Let it snow so that you don’t have to go to work?! I was literally locked out of my bank account. It’s supposed to snow all week here. Will they be closed all week? Who knows. They won’t tell you. They will let you drive there and find out but they won’t drive to their work. It’s so sad these days that no one wants to work. Any tiny excuse and they’ll shut down and not even tell you. I would expect this from a very small mom and pop business but not from a giant bank. I will be closing my accounts after being with Chase for over a decade.

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH CHASE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. We opened our business account with Chase after banking our business with B of A for 10 years. We heard good things and thought to give it a try. WORST MISTAKE. Within 2 weeks after transferring all of our assets and customers through this new account, they decided to close our account with NO call or email, tying ALL of our cash reserves up until further notice for absolutely NO reason. "A check will be mailed in 10 days" is all we received from corporate. They literally told us that we have no right to even know WHY they did this. We are a small business, and cash is required for payroll, rent, taxes, and everything else involved in running a business. Now we are stuck with the after effects of running our business without cash reserves for the next two weeks. I'm beyond disappointed and honestly shocked that any company would operate in such an unprofessional and dishonest manner. We are well connected with many up and coming small businesses and will advise them to use Bank of America or ANY OTHER BANK for all of their needs. I'm regretful of ever stepping foot into Chase.

Pretty good, real small. Nice tellers and can sometimes be a little slow since I've only ever seen one teller working at a time. Better than others tho!
