Terrible place to live. The building manager is a liar, i specifically ask if the building had bed bugs and was told no. He said they had a problem with roaches and rats but no bed bugs. It was about 3 weeks and I was bitten. The building is a mess, my apartment had a stain from where the previous tenant died and layed there for several days. The carpet hadn't been changed much less cleane . I wouldn't recommend moving in to this place. I had to start over. I left everything because of the bed bugs. Aviod this place if possible. I moved into my vehicle, it's better than the Daniel's Building apartments!!!

The Daniel's has been cleaned up and has good security now, over the last year the riff-raff has been eliminated. The units have been renovated and rents run in the upper 600's to the mid 700s (depending on the upgrades) for a 600 sq' 1 bedroom. Call for exact prices, or visit their website.
