Positive: Location was great. The woman working morning shifts was extremely nice and chatty, I did not catch her name however. Negative: The elevator was broken. No microwaves in room, had to constantly be running down to lobby. One bed in the room creaked excessively loud. The room was poorly lit. Pool and hot tub were filled with confetti? Lots of smoking going on throughout the property

Positive: It was one step up from a older Motel 6. Three stories high with no working elevator. It had recent cosmetic pai ing on the outside (railings & doors), but the room needed a deep cleaning. I will not book there again. Negative: See above.

This hotel is unfairely rated for the service that I recieved. I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. At the time of reservation, I asked the hotel for a renovated room. The room was very clean with laminate flooring, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of closets for my cloths. The room had a fridge, smart TV, and hair dryer. The staff were supper friendly and helpful. I could not ask for more.

Positive: The room was beautiful & clean. The furnishings were comfortable & well maintained. There was a dorm sized fridge. The location was excellent. I loved that our room had its own entrance like we had our own little apartment. Cute & romantic. Negative: Walls were thin. We could hear others having conversations and a neighbor called the front desk to ask us to turn down our music. The front desk was great and called to ask us to turn it down and of course we did. No other problems.
