The maintenance guy was the kindest soul ever, the only reason I endured living in this place with the worst staff. There are fees when you move out that they call mandatory which they do not notify you of upon move in. I submitted a document to get it waived but they instead gave no response to my waiver application and sent the balance to collections.

My sister in law lives here and has had a mice problem since she moved in all they have done is place mouse traps but they keep coming in her apartment we have had to send our cousins over there in the middle of the night to take mice out of her room so she can sleep.. last night she saw another mouse in her apartment and no one was able to go take it out for her because it was too late so she slept in her car with her dog she was afraid her dog would try to bite the mouse and get sick.. not only is this uncomfortable but it is a health issue im sure other tenants are having the same problem..

The apartment wasn’t too bad but it’s definitely pricey on a student budget and especially for the square ft allotted. The water… kind of grossed me out. Anytime it was under repair for even a short while, when you would turn back the water on it’s super yellow/brown and you really need to let it keep running through. My biggest grievance was them leasing my apartment WITHOUT TELLING ME. I got calls maybe 3 months into my lease asking if I wanted to renew when I didn’t even know if I liked the place. They’ll send generalized emails/texts for lease renewals. But when I tried asking recently if I could renew my lease for the next year, that’s when they told me I couldn’t and would need to move to another unit or elsewhere. My lease is ending at the end of July and now I’m forced to scrabble to find another place…

My partner and I lived here for 3 years, it changed management a couple times and at first the management wasn't great, but when they switched to the most recent management things really improved. Great apartment especially for college students. I could not have asked for a better college apartment to get us through. Amazing location, helpful management and the maintenance guy (Brian) was amazing. I probably would have given this like 3 stars a couple years ago, but honestly for the price this is hands down the best apartment complex in town. I have been recommending it to everyone I know. This may be over the top for a review but we really loved this place in the end.

Questions & Answers

Is the rent per room or for the whole apartment?

Depends on if you are getting a roommate. If that's the case then it's for the room plus the common area which you will share with the roommate.
