Please North Star hire better office manager and maintenance team. They make me angry because I feel like they have no empathy for others. Also, this place had 3.1 rating and all of a sudden they rating went up to 3.2 but no new reviews? I use to be a leasing agent, it requires being nice to others even if you make them angry! It’s why people have businesses and the property manager and maintenance guy here can be a little bit more nicer to us residents!!!!

Yikes. This place is scary on so many levels. Stay away. If the staff at the front isn't selling your information to a third party then they are busy finding ways to up charge you every month. With some of the WORST management staff we have interviewed. According to our stay in guest this is not a safe area for children or family. As this complex has been targeted so many times for roberry it's almost funny.

They are pretty cool and laid back . I enjoyed my time here I would stay if the one bedrooms weren't so small. Maintenance always came the day of the problem and was nice. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because our upstairs neighbors flooded our apartment twice and are always so noisy and the manager didn't ever do anything to warn them (which I would have appreciated bc every time they flooded my apartment I had work at 6 am and couldn't go back to sleep)

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! This place has the most nosey neighbors I've ever come across in my entire life!! I had two visitors at once before and the manager claimed that someone told her i was "filling up the entire parking lot due to my visitors." Which needless to say was only 2 cars and none the less every time I come home there is a ton of parking all around!! I told the manager my son was visiting me and that's why and she told me she did not care and that all she wanted was for the car to be gone. Honestly I was in shock!!!!!! The maintenance people are also ass! They don't fix a thing you ask for. Save yourself some money and DO NOT move here!!!!!!!!!
