My fiancé and I have loved living at Palm Shadows. The location is great, as the apartments are super close to the university mall. In addition, I truly cannot say enough good things about their administrative staff, who have gone above and beyond in helping us manage the details of moving in and out. Internet was also included in rent, which was a big plus. I would definitely recommend Palm Shadows to anyone looking to live in the university area.

I lived in 4 different apartments since I moved to US and I can say Palm Shadows was by far the best. Cari and Zoe are really efficient on solving any issue you have in your life. I lived for one year at Palm shadows and only moved due to an unexpected disease. While living in Palm Shadows I felt like I was living in a community. I interacted with Zoe multiple times and she always received me with a smile. They also have forms with instructions to help you out with anything you need. They also make your life the best as they can promoting lovely events. In summary, I will never forget my time living in Palm Shadow. Totally worthy!

Not a bad place to live, especially considering the fact that they are one of the only apartments that offer short-term leases for people like me, when I lived there for a semester and then went to study abroad and didn't want to have to worry about subleasing. The units themselves are pretty old and could do with a little more asthetic upkeep but everything in mine was in working order and I had no issues. If you lease a unit facing away from the street the noise is negligible if you can hear it at all.
