CVS pharmacy has been my go to pharmacy for the pass 15 yrs and I have always had problems with my insurance but everyone has been so great at resolving the issue. Today I call for my prescription and the pharmacist (reza khodadai) was extremely rude. He kept insisting I didn’t know anything about my medication. He kept being abrupt with his words, And kept giving me the run around before refilling my prescription. I then proceeded to go to the store in person to talk to someone there was a pharmacist there but he did not acknowledge me. A lady (didn’t catch her name) helped me and They fixed the problem calmly and made sure this issue won’t happen again.

I wanted to take a second to thank the staff working the pharmacy for being friendly, communicative and professional! Today was my first time picking up my medication from this location and I was sincerely impressed. I have been to a few different pharmacies in the area and they all seem to be filled with unhappy individuals who make filling/picking up regular medication a stressful, unpleasant experience. I have the same 2 prescriptions filled every month and I will most definitely be doing my business here from now on! Thank you again, CVS on Frazee pharmacy team!

Just moved back to Oceanside. In the last 4 months, this drive thru takes forever no matter what time of day. I even tried going after covid testing hours as they suggested.. also went in person twice, stood in line over 30minutes, second time i had to leave without my kids' asthma meds bc we had a dr appt.. felt bad for the older people in line with me having to stand so long just to ask a question or pick up a prescription. They need better management.

Only giving this a 1 because I can't give it a zero. Pharmacy is extremely doesn't seem to know what they're doing, and every single staff member regardless of rank has been rude and dismissive of your concerns. I used cvs for 7 years in another city without issue. Moving here 3 days ago and switching to this dump has been nothing but one hurdles after another.
