I put 1 star review because I can't put a zero. My daughter gave them 30 day notice in person and according to the staff she never did. Now she has a bill of $1,900 or so because they are charging her a lease termination fee. Tried calling corporate and they are the same. They said that they spoke to the staff and they do not recall my daughter going in person. But she did. Tried calling customer service in the corporate office and the never return calls either. They sure do have inefficient people working in the apartment complex and in corporate. She put a review and it was deleted. Do yourself a favor and don't lease with them. Apparently they believe everything their staff says instead of doing some research and finding out what really happened.

Have lived here 8 years and will continue to stay here. The girls in the office are knowledgeable and willing to help. It is a beautiful property. You see every mountainside and the animals in the property are breathtaking. Maintainence is fast and willing to work with you if they can't find it they research it. It is close to grocery stores and for someone who walks everywhere the property is great for that too. Love living here.

Overall, I had a good experience living in this apartments. I stayed for almost 3years, maintenance is fast enough but a bit old apartments though. However, I never had issues living here. Walmart and Foothills Mall are super close and in walkable distance. I used to love those evening walks in that area.

Living The Dream Homestead

I love living here. The management really bent over backwards to help our move so much easier. The maintenance is on top of anything that happens. The Crime is pretty much non existent. I feel safe walking around anytime of the day or night. Its so nice being so close to everything.
