I like stay there because it is more safer than the other places at where I've used to live in the passed. I also know that there is not even a single crime and how quiet it always is.

Nice place to live, I think they need a playground for the kids, it's quiet, no loud neighbors, staff are wonderful, the shared water meter I don't agree with I'm not home alot so the charges are ridiculous,

I would recommend to anyone thinking of moving to Riverstone that it would really be a smart choice! The reason why is because my wife and I have enjoyed over 4 years here and in that time the management staff and maintenance team has tried their best to take care of our needs many times. Examples: They gave us new carpeting when we first signed our lease. Then quickly delivered a brand new dishwasher, refrigerator and air conditioner -when they each broke down a couple of years later. They always are friendly and never make us feel like we are a burden with the repairs needed. Right now we had a water leak and the men came out right away to fix it, with a new bathroom cabinet being delivered next week! The guys are super busy with other tenants too, however, despite that, they work very hard to keep up the needed repairs as quickly as they can, (out in the 100 degree heat all day, never complaining.) We love the swimming pool, its kept clean and the gardener has planted and maintained such pretty flowers to decorate around the yard. The RENT IS VERY REASONABLE and they don't jack it up real high after each renewal like some other places we lived at. The neighbors are nice, quiet ,friendly people-(no low-life ,) the police say its a very low crime area, for Tucson,thank God! There is even a security guard that patrols nightly. I have to say, that having rented for 49 years of our marriage, in different states, this is our absolute FAVORITE PLACE! And this is the truth, not solicited by anyone. So if you are looking for a " new home" come to RIVERSTONE apts. we will be glad to welcome you as our new neighbors! Best of Luck! Ed and Sandy Jennings-happy tenants

The reason for the three star, (and I would have loved to have given a five star) but, I lived here five/six years ago. I came back because I truly enjoyed living here. The pool next to the back pool was not working then and it is still not working. The laundry when I first moved back was a nightmare, half the washers and dryers were not working, ( i was clean), the water is continuously being turned off for maintenance, poop on ground, but there are bags available but people are just to lazy to pick it up, and lastly from June 10th until the end of June. I was told that they had emergenies to work on. Wel I considered my issus an emergency. I had cataracts and then cataract surgery, it was very hard for me to cook. clean and get around in a dim kitchen. and finally my bathroom fixture broke, I received a very quick response from the office. Tammy cam out (and I understand she is new) and fixed it within five/ten minutes, ( she was great. Friendly and a very pleasant person to have to help in a time of need).
