I LOVE this library! It has really nice windows which makes it really good for just reading or studying. And has a really good manga selection, tho I wish they had a few more like haikyuu, demon Slayer, banana fish. And has a really good studio Ghibli selection too!. And they have a whole bunch of other stuff too!

I am a trustee of the library; they do but they are by appointment only. Call the library and ask to be transferred to the front desk and they will set you up with the library passport person.
They only close at 5 on Fri, Saturday and Sunday. the rest of the week they are open 10-9.these times got changed at the start of the new year.
2 to 5pm during the school year.
To join the Friends of Smoot library is $10 for the year for an individual.
