We've been coming here for a few months now. Came through for the Halloween set up and it was top notch. They really care about the people who come in. It's a fantastic place to take the family. My daughter loves picking books and playing in the milk truck set up. Between the events and food trucks they have it's hard to beat. Best library I've been to

Nice mid-sized library. Obviously C Burr Artz is nicer, but this is a pretty nice library for a town the size of walkersville and its closer to my house. I usually pick up my holds here, but if you want to browse around, I'd recommend going to downtown frederick a few miles down the road

Create an account, browse to select your file, and click upload. To pick up either schedule your pickup via Curbside Service (https://www.fcpl.org/curbside-pickup) and let staff know in the special instructions field that you are picking up a print job or by calling Walkersville (fcpl.org/branches-hours)
The one in Walkersville is allowing drive through pick up of books.
Yes. And if we do not have it, we can get it from another library.
Hi Danielle King - FCPL does not follow the public schools closings. If FCPL closes outside our normal hours, the closing is announced on our website https://www.fcpl.org and via social media.
