This has been a very stressful experience for me as a new home buyer. Beautiful black windows with large frames all damaged; scuffs chipping discoloration. Took about three weeks to get ahold of the proper employee to start the warranty process. Need all window sashes replaced and sliding door sash/ tempered glass as glass had gnarly scratch (detected by serviceman). First trip up to the house sashes are damaged beyond anything I’ve seen. The service man was embarrassed and stopped opening the sashes as each one was in progressively worse condition. He called his manager and stated new sashes would be ordered with an improvement In quality control measures. They send out a painter from New Jersey to paint window frames. Did a good job, some overspray but it was cleaned up relatively easily. Six weeks later arrives at my house to replace sashes. The company ordered the wrong type of glass for the window sashes. They come up to install sliding glass door tempered glass and the panel had a different appearance compared to what was originally installed (wife is not happy!). So now I have to wait who knows how long to get replacement sashes installed and a new door sash with glass. It really is an inconvenience to take off work, clean up, and hope indoor window trim does not get damaged as anything is possible. Matt and Cody have been pretty good. They’ve taken accountability, respond relatively quickly, and it seems their quality control has improved as new sashes with incorrect glass type appeared undamaged (paint was intact with no defects). I’ve read the responses to one star reviews and feel better that quality control is a primary focus. I will update this review once the work is complete. I want to love the product as the windows are extremely efficient with an amazing look… but this experience has really deterred me from wanting to install their painted products again. Will update this review when warranty work is completed. Update: 99% of the imperfections corrected by techs. Matt is top notch. Just waiting on a sliding door. I love these windows and hope quality control issues going forward are resolved. Last picture includes repainted trim, two new sashes that were resprayed. Thank you Paradigm.

Horrible place to work..say one thing to get you hired then change the rules..no communication betqeen front office and outback..highky disorganized
MAD Paintball
Product Quality is terrible. Windows were shipped directly from paradigm with broken frames. Called customer service and no one returns my phone calls. It seems neither John nor Cody know what they are doing or care about their customers.

I added a paradigm window to our VT home on the advice of our carpenter 2 years ago. Clean look, very easy to use, no condensation and has held up very nicely in the VT winters. We now plan on adding them to our CT home.

Hi Stewart! Thanks for reaching out! There are 3 ways this can be recognized. The etching can be faint, so look closely from a few angles until you see it. 1. Etching in the lower left or right corner would say "tempered" 2. Etching in the lower left or right corner would show this - ANSI Z97.1, 2015 16 CFR 1201 - which designates safety glass or tempered glass. 3. If the glass is tempered, you will notice that the spacer in-between the panes of glass is aluminum or metal in appearance versus a more plastic/rubber looking strip. If you require any additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at (877) 994-6369.
Hi Dennis. This is Paradigm Windows, and storm windows are not a part of our product lineup. I am not sure who DeVac is. If you have any other questions, please give us a call.
I don't work for Paradigm Windows. I was there as a contractor installing glass cutting equipment. You would need to contact who installed them, or contact Paradigm directly. I'm sure they would help you resolve the issue.
Hi Dan - We do not manufacture storm windows. Our new construction and replacement vinyl windows do not require storm windows or inserts due to the air infiltration and overall performance that our products achieve. Thanks for the question!
Hi Doug - Here is a video that explains how to install and remove screens. Thank you for reaching out! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xj5KWtnXXpw

Most likely the extreme cold. No window is exempt from cold air conduction. If you have lots of plants - high humidity Inside - you will have more frost then normal. 25% humidity or less is best for your home, although 35%+ is best for yourself (try to keep around 35%)
From inside: Push the screen to the right from the right side - the left corner will pop out, then lift to remove bottom, then lower to remove top from slot. Opposite to install
